Stunning two sided watch from HipHopBling

This is two sided - meaning one side is black and has the pin wheel options and the other side is white and the dial has the beautiful yin yang dial as well. I love that the side of the watch has a beautiful blue button as well, it's absolutely stunning!
And here is the best part - HipHopBling did such an excellent job with packaging - they made sure it was beautifully and carefully wrapped so that the watch wouldn't crack or break and I appreciate that thoughtfulness so much!

Aurorae's Aromatherapy Spritz Hawaiian Island Afternoon Spritz - a definitely mood upper!

I had the amazing opportunity to review Aurorae's Aromatherapy Spritz Hawaiian Island Afternoon. 

Let's start with the company though: Aurorae sells the best reviewed yoga mats, yoga apparel,and yoga and meditation accessories online. You can browse their yoga mats, yoga bags, yoga apparel and other yoga accessories here.

The Aromatherapy Spritz Hawaiian Island Afternoon was an absolutely amazing spritz, the website recommends it can be sprayed on clothes, in your car or in a room. I used this primarily on my clothing and while the initial smell is a bit strong, it evens out very quickly into an absolutely beautiful island afternoon smell. The smell is very fresh and lightweight and not heavy or musky or overpowering in any way.

I love it best as a mood shifter - it really allows you to take a couple of deep breaths and spend a moment or two to think about a relaxing place and feel much calmer about things. It's a miracle how quickly it reduces my stress levels! I also think it will make an absolutely great additive for during a yoga class, to spray on your wrist for the rest of the day and a great holiday gift this season!

Lactose free cream cheese this Thanksgiving!

I had the fantastic opportunity to try out the green valley organics Lactose Free Cream Cheese. It is the absolute perfect balance of sweet and tart flavor with thick, creamy texture. The fantastic part is that it is made with only 4 ingredients: organic pasteurized cream (milk), lactase enzyme, sea salt & live active cultures. 

It is also free of milk powder and thickeners and contains no additives. The best part is it's organic, and gluten and lactose-free.

I tried the cream cheese with bread and eggs and avacado on my toast and it was absolutely perfect! I would recommend trying it out for yourself - I was pleasantly surprised! You can buy them from Safeway!
