Lactose free cream cheese this Thanksgiving!

I had the fantastic opportunity to try out the green valley organics Lactose Free Cream Cheese. It is the absolute perfect balance of sweet and tart flavor with thick, creamy texture. The fantastic part is that it is made with only 4 ingredients: organic pasteurized cream (milk), lactase enzyme, sea salt & live active cultures. 

It is also free of milk powder and thickeners and contains no additives. The best part is it's organic, and gluten and lactose-free.
