Me think: I absolutely love these gels, it's an excellent ritual to do to take care of yourself or to institutionalize in a loved one: I've been reading up on the benefits of sea buckthorn and am constantly amazed by what I find. I've been eating the gels for a week now and I will update this post when I start seeing the benefits, but overall: Can't really go wrong, in my opinion. Go Sibu!
