Reebok - your new workout buddy

There are few things more fun than trying on a pair of Reebok Nano 4.0 Crossfit shoes! Truly.
I have come to absolutely cherish the make of the shoe, the many varied color options that are presented and just how snug and comfortable they are.
There are obviously way more advanced options in the market but I've been reverting to these for my every-gym-need.

Summary:
The shoe is synthetic with a rubber sole. The best of all worlds, Performance, durability and comfort are packed into this Nano training shoe. Their DuraCage technology delivers an indestructible, yet lightweight upper while RopePro protection wrap gives bite and support for rope climbs.
Because it has excellent shock absorption in the forefoot and heel, there is no limitation on using this shoe outside of CrossFit. In fact, this has replaced my gym.

The nifty details:

  • All new base mesh for enhanced breathability
  • Dual density foam for cushioned forefoot and stable heel
  • Re-engineered multi-density DURACAGE for lightweight upper protection
  • RopePro outsole and midsole wraps guard against abrasion
  • MetaSplit outsole for optimum forefoot splay
  • 4mm heel to toe drop provides barefoot like feel
  • Tongue gusset keeps you atop the platform
  • ETC Anti-friction lining

What I love most is that the shoe has become my all workout shoes. Be it circuit training or some cardio or strength training, this shoe has provided the balance and the comfort and support that is much needed.

One thing to keep in mind is that if you buy your regular size (which I did) the shoe tends to be a little tight at first given the rubber casing, but if you stick it out for a while (like I did) it unfolds to its best potential. It's OK to pick half a size up but don't get too crazy.

Reebok's marketing campaign Be Human is also worth a shout-out.
